Delivery And Returns

We currently offer free worldwide shipping to all destinations.

We are actively exploring options to shorten delivery times in the future, including wholesale partnerships, and are carefully weighing the cost versus benefit to improve customer experience.

Delivery time is currently 7–10 working days, and you can track your order using the link in your delivery confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service. If your tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please email hello@transformwithsophie.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate.

If you receive an order that does not match your invoice, please also contact us immediately and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. If this occurs, please email hello@transformwithsophie.co.uk with clear photographs of the item. You will be offered a full refund or the option to exchange the product for another item of the same price.
