Meet the Founder, Sophie Middleton
Hi! I'm Sophie, I'm 31 years old and live in London, U.K. I have battled with crippling anxiety and depression since I was young. Creativity has have always been the most positive outlet for me, and where I felt I belonged during years of what felt like darkness and loneliness with no way out.
Through my own journey towards improving and nourishing my mental health, I realised how passionate I'd become about helping others to help themselves. I've learnt that there's a gap in the system that discourages us to help ourselves. Instead, we're taught to constantly find solutions for symptoms that cause more problems, instead of treating and understanding the cause.
My creativewear is a statement to dress and feel great in your own skin, without feeling like you need to wear 'slimming' black workout clothes all the time.
My brand aims to create awareness about mental health through blog posts, interviews and videos. It's time to break the stigma around this topic that could help so many seek advice and support instead of feeling ashamed or embarassed.
By sharing in depth, relatable and informative content, I hope to inspire others to learn more about themselves and what others are going through too so that we can support ourselves and others when life can feel overwhelming.

My art has always been a positive outlet to help me manage my mental health challenges from a young age. In 2020, I discovered how to put my designs onto high-quality, eco-friendly activewear and started working on my business with the support of The Prince's Trust providing free courses and guidance on how to set up a business for 18 to 30 year olds.

Conscious Creations
Each piece is consciously produced in Europe only when its purchased online. That means no stock going to waste. And the facility has invested in state-of-the-art, industry leading print-to-garment printers that use vegan, cruelty-free ink before being hand-cut, sewn and stitched by an amazing team of skilled tailors and designers.
